Dedicated practice of relaxation, positioning and breathing can make all the difference to your birth experience. Through effective mind/body techniques, this workshop will give parents the power to create a loving and calm childbirth experience.
With informational support, yoga, music, and meditation this workshop will cover:

- Deep Relaxation, Hypnotic Release, Breathing, and Movement techniques
- Visualization and meditation for pregnancy and birth
